Frequently Asked Questions

I've been getting a lot of questions during the last few years concerning my art and it's usage rights etc. In this section i'll try to answer those questions as clearly as i can.

Q: Can i use your images for tubing, when they are offered for free?

A: NO, you can't.
Since most of my images are custom made artworks, mainly ordered by certain customers they cannot be reproduced in anyway. Those customers who had ordered a custom artwork, had paid for it, and therefore i see no reason handing the custom artwork to other people for free. Also i don't like any of my artworks to be used in different context than it was actully meant for. In tubing / tagging, the main character is usually cut out from the original context and placed within a new document, which usually doesn't portray the image as it should be. Therefore i don't want my images to be used in such manners.

Q: Can i use your images as signature tags?

A: NO, you can't.
See above.

Q: Can i use your images for incredimail or related email stationaries?

A: NO, you can't.
See taging and tubing.

Q: Can i purchase a license to use an image?

A: Yes, you can
There is only one usage license, which allows you to use the image as is. This means, that the image is provided to you as it is, and you cannot make any changes to it. If you however want something done for your usage, such as taging, tubing, printing, posters etc. you can order a custom artwork to be made for your purposes. Image usage license will not cover any alteration of the artwork in question.

Q: How can i purchase a custom artwork?

A: Simply by dropping me an email, telling what do you want, and for what purpose.
I'll get back to you as soon as i possibly can, and we can start discussing further details.
